Chocolate Marshmallow Caramel Cake

INGREDIENTS
For the chocolate cake base:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
For the creamy layer:
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
For topping:
1/2 cup chocolate sauce
1/3 cup caramel sauce
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped peanuts or hazelnuts
INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare the cake base:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, milk, oil, and vanilla. Combine both mixtures until smooth.
Bake:
Pour batter into a greased square pan. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let it cool completely.
Make the cream layer:
Beat heavy cream until soft peaks form. In another bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
Assemble:
Spread the cream layer evenly over the cooled cake. Smooth the top with a spatula.
Add toppings:
Drizzle chocolate sauce and caramel sauce generously over the cream. Add marshmallows and sprinkle nuts on top.
Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours before serving for best texture.
